Some drastic changes appear to be in the pipeline for Shonda Rhimes and her baby “Grey’s Anatomy.”
TV Guide magazine reports that Ellen Pompeo, who plays lead character Meredith Grey, said earlier this year that she wants to leave the program after two more seasons. The interview sparked rumors that Meredith’s half-sister Lexie, who is played by Chyler Leigh, will take over as the main character.
