WTF......T Pain Remixes a Kirk Franklin Song!
Just when we thought T Pain could go no further the machine man himself has remixed a gospel song! Which would be great if the song held the same meaning but from what I hear the song has a worldly meaning! T Pain has taken Kirk Franklin's "Silver and Gold" and remixed it to describe Patrón “Silver and Gold”. Read this foolishness via MTV:
Pain cut called “Silver and Gold” leaked to the Internet a few months back, with the Tallahassee, Florida, native singing about the effects of blending clear and colored Patrón tequila together for consumption. “You’ll be hanging, swanging, drinking two types of Patrón,” he sings. “I done mixed up silver and gold/ I done mixed up silver and gold/ I’mma tryin’ to get drunk before this party/ Somebody’s gonna have to carry me home/ I done drank the silver and gold.”
While Pain’s following ate it up, non-secular-music kingpin Kirk Franklin had to put a call into the young singer. Franklin debuted the original “Silver and Gold” on his 1993 Kirk Franklin and the Family album. The gospel version goes: “Silver and gold/ Silver and gold/ I’d rather have Jesus than silver and gold/ No fame or fortune/ Nor riches untold/ I’d rather have Jesus than silver and gold.”

Man I thought Pep was too old to come out with a tell all but, you can never put anything past her! Along with NY Times bestseller Karen Hunter Sandra half of the rap super duo has decided to let it all hang out. Let's Talk About Pep will take a look into the personal life of Sandra Pepa Denton coining in on such issues as her childhood, failed marriage and break up/reunion of her group Salt N Pepa. The book is set to be released in September and will feature a intro by Queen Latifah and an epilogue by Missy Elliot. Good look for Pep but couldn't we just watch re-runs of the VH1 reality show they canned?

Oh Hell No.....Suge Knight is Still Whoopin A** and Takin Numbers!
But it's not what you think, instead of getting on someone his own size he was arrested on assault charges for trying to beat up his girlfriend! Sources say that Suge's girlfriend! According to splashnews.com the police report stated that officers responded to a domestic violence call and they allegedly found Knight standing over his girlfriend of three years with a knife.
He was then arrested and she was taken to hospital. During his booking at the detention centre he was found to allegedly be in possession of Ecstasy and Hydrocodone. Hmmm.. what kind of party was he having? I also hear that Suge's girlfriend tried to save herself after Suge punched her in the back of her head while she was driving and she then tried to deter from the assault by getting into an accident and running out the car.
Obviously she wasn't fast enough and Suge caught up with her upon which time the cops came to find Suge with weapon in hand. In no way shape or form do I condone Domestic Violence or those who partake in it! Things Get Worse for Dame Dash!
Seems like another one bites the dust for Dame Dash! His finances aren't looking too promising now a days first Roc-A-Fella Records, then foreclosed homes now I'm getting reports that he lost his rights to Pro-Keds sneaker brand after it was reacquired by Stride Rite Corp. The details are Stride Rite gaining back the rights has absolutely nothing to do with Dash's widely reported recent financial struggles. The Boston Herald says:
“It was just a matter of timing,” Stride Rite spokeswoman Debra Fernandes said yesterday. “We just wanted a new direction.”
But we all know better than that!

Awww No.......Dr. Dre's Son Found Dead!
Dr. Dre's son Andre was found dead at his home in Woodland Hills on Saturday morning. Andre's mother went to check on him around 10 a.m. at which point the 20-year-old man was unresponsive, prompting his mother to call 911. The cause of death is unknown. Our hearts and prayer go out to the Young Family during their time of loss.

Michelle Obama gave the closing remarks at the the close of the first day of the DNC and did an awesome job. Read a quote below where she talks candidly about her husband and Democratic Presidential Nominee Barack Obama:

Obama Assasination Bust.....
TMZ is reporting that Denver authorities arrested a gang of white males who could have been plotting an Obama assassination! What seemed to be a routine traffic stop turned into a lot more when the officer turned up two rifles, high-powered scopes, ammo and crystal meth. But wait that's not it the man then led authorities to a hotel where another suspect jumped out of a fourth floor window in an attempt to escape and a third guy was busted at another hotel. The arrests went down yesterday. Info on the suspects are still sketchy but we will keep you updated on this story!

Diddy Gets Pulled Over....
According to the Ny Daily News Diddy was pulled over and the cops pulled a gun out on him! Read the synopsis below:
A cop pulled a gun on rap mogul Sean (Diddy) Combs during a routine traffic stop in Los Angeles, authorities said Sunday. A Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy briefly brandished his weapon at Combs on the Sunset Strip after cops pulled over a car driven by a member of his entourage.
“A deputy pulled his firearm, fearing for his safety,” said a sheriff’s department spokesman. “The situation was deflated as quickly as it began.” Combs spokeswoman Keesha Johnson said the cop did not pull the gun directly on the rapper, and stressed that the officers were “really respectful.”
The trouble started when a member of Combs’ entourage was stopped at 3:15a.m. Saturday after cops noticed the rental car he was driving didn’t have proper tags. The deputy called for backup after two cars stopped nearby as the deputy searched the vehicle, police said. One member of the group was detained when he became uncooperative, prompting six or seven others - including Combs - to advance toward the deputy, a source said. The driver was not issued a ticket because the car was a rental, and nobody was hurt in the incident, police said.

Kim Kardashian Gets Rushed to Hospital!
Not so fast guys... she only sliced her foot open! Sources tell me Kim cut her foot open on a glass coffee table hmmm... wonder what kind of suspect activity she was getting into, but anyway I hear Kim's foot was cut pretty badly as she needed to be rushed to the New York Presbyterian Hospital where she got stitches and a source says there was a lot of blood! This is terrible news since there were rumors floating around about her joining the cast of Dancing With The Stars who were going to make their official announcement on TV this morning! Now sources are unsure if Kim will be able to participate! Damn that sucks :-(
Young Berg Get's The Beat Down He Deserves!
Young Berg got a beat down over the weekend in Detroit! From what I hear he was supposed to do a performance at the 102.7 Summer Jam event and that never happened because he waltzed into some club and a local Detroit OG gave him the business!
