Solange was spotted over in the UK looking fab with a cute orange wrap dress and some blue Louboutins, topped off with a Fendi bag to die for! Talk about every girls dream! In any event I hear the new SOLO star was out doing some shopping before a performance on GMTV and a radio interview on BBC Radio One. Okay Solange we see you hunny ;-)
