As previously reported, the NFL Hall of Famer was arrested early Thursday on suspicion of raping a 16-year-old. In announcing the charges, Ramapo Police Chief Peter Brower said Taylor “engaged in sexual intercourse with a child less than 17-years-old” and paid her $300.
