Kelly Rowland had a lip-synching moment recently when her nerves got the best of her. She usually goes through a pre-concert ritual – to blow in and out of a balloon until she’s gasping for air- but that didn’t work this time. So she opted to lip-sync during a concert at the P.C. Richard & Son Theater in TriBeca.
