A one-year-old boy was in critical condition Tuesday after he and seven other victims were wounded in a shooting incident in Oakland, Calif.
The shooting occurred just after 6:00 p.m. local time at a liquor store parking lot in the 700 block of Willow Street in West Oakland.
A van at the scene was riddled with bullets. It was not known if the victims were in the vehicle or nearby at the time.
