Her 1998 duet with Monica, "The Boy Is Mine," earned the then teen singers their first Grammy.

But Brandy, the singer and actress, has recently revealed a side of herself unknown to even die-hard fans including this blogger.

Brandy has a rap alter ego, Bran' Nu, who was recently put on display on Timbaland's new album, "Shock Value II." Bran' Nu appears on the song "Meet In Tha Middle," and performed with Timbaland at his Flordia album release party.

Brandy decided to show off her rapping skills during a live cam video, and I am guessing the song will be on her upcoming album that will be released either this Fall or early 2010. Brandy's missing in action

The singer Brandy has been MIA ever since her terrible car accident that killed a woman. She was not charged with any crime, and the police ruled that there was "insufficient evidence" for an indictment.  Bandy settled with the two children who's mother was killed.They wll receive $300,000 each and the husband rejected a $1.2million dollar settlement.
