Sometimes, a single person can change the course of a country’s history. Nelson Mandela was that type of person.

Morgan Freeman plays Mandela in the new film “Invictus,” which opens with Mandela as president of a country on the brink of civil war following the end of apartheid.

Mandela chooses to try and unite his countrymen to work together for the common good by supporting the country’s rugby team.

In a brilliant move, Mandela decides against changing the name of South Africa’s rugby team. He calculates that alienating his political opponents by changing the team name is not a smart move.

Remember when we told you about the National Enquirer report that said actor Morgan Freeman had been dating his step granddaughter E’Dina Hines (the granddaughter to his first wife – whom he knew all her life – and who he and his ex-wife raised from childhood). Well according to the Enquirer, they’re getting married.

An unnamed source revealed details behind the actor Morgan Freeman's divorce from his wife of 25 years, claiming he maintained a 10 year affair with his 27-year-old step-granddaughter.

According to the National Inquirer, Freeman, 72, was party to an extramarital relationship with his step-granddaughter that began when she was still a teenager. The alleged affair is the centerpiece of the spilt from his wife, Myrna, and also led to the break-up with his long-time mistress, Mary Joyce Hays.
