A video of Amy Winehouse smoking what appears to be crack cocaine has been published on the internet.
The Sun newspaper said the singer was also taking a cocktail of drugs including valium and powdered ecstasy.
The video was apparently captured on 18 January just hours before she appeared in court to support her husband Blake Fielder-Civil, who is facing assault and conspiracy charges.
The film is of poor quality, but it appears to show Amy wandering around her east London home looking for her cat.
The video then shows her holding up what looks like a crack pipe and smoking from it.
Erratic behaviour
Winehouse's record company said: ""We are deeply disappointed and upset by these latest revelations and are doing everything we can to offer Amy our full support in dealing with her problems."
Speculation over the images will only fuel fears for the singer's health after she has continually made headlines with her strange behaviour.
After her husband's arrest her live performances became erratic, with some fans booing her on stage. She then cancelled her remaining UK tour dates.
There has been constant concern over her reported drug use and attempts at rehabilitation, including from her father, Mitch, who has publicly spoken about his fears for his daughter.
