According to People Mag Jay and Beyonce have a taken out a marriage license in NY yesterday evening. Hmm... could this be true? Well the way we see it even if they try to lie out of this one it will be pretty hard to do so seeing as how they have the law involved and all! In any event congrats to them both best of luck!
