Angela Talks About How She Lost 15 Pounds!


If any of you haven't noticed Angela has lost a substantial amount of weight and we've all been wondering just how she did it! Well Life and Style talked to Angela and she gave them the scoop! Check it out:

When Life & Style caught up with Angela Simmons at the Sept. 10 Pamella Roland fashion show in NYC, the star of MTV’s Run’s House looked like she was missing something: about 15 pounds! Angela, 20, has been hitting the gym hard-core with big sis Vanessa, 25. “We’re definitely working out,” Angela tells Life & Style. “I haven’t missed more than three days in a row. When we’re home, I try to exercise every day.”

Rev. Run’s little girl is running around, all right — but not on the treadmill. Instead, Angela says, her new routine includes “lots of squats and lunges. And I cut out pizza completely.” She does confess to indulging in sweet potato fries, though: “I love those!”

Adds Angela, “I didn’t notice I was losing weight until my trainer told me I’d lost 15 pounds.” And that’s just the beginning. “Now I’m sculpting,” she says. “Soon I’ll have muscles!”
