Vibe magazine seems to be rapidly rising from its proverbial ashes with new owners, who this week announced that Jermaine Hall will helm the resurrected title. A native of St. Lucia, raised in Queens, Hall is the former editor-in-chief of King magazine, and previously served stints as a music editor of The Source, and a webmaster of Vibe. He will now serve as the editor-in-chief of Vibe and its website. "I've always been very confident about anything dealing with editorial, so I'm definitely not intimidated," the Iona College graduate told the website mediaite.
