Police in Dallas are reportedly considering whether to charge native daughter Erykah Badu with indecent exposure in the wake of her video for “Window Seat.”
According to local NBC affiliate KXAS, if a witness decides to come forward and complain, Badu can be charged with the misdemeanor – which carries a maximum fine of $4,000 and up to one year in jail.
