Singer R. Kelly is hoping that his new World Cup anthem, “Sign of a Victory,” can inspire people in the same way as his soaring 1996 anthem “I Believe I Can Fly.”
In an interview Wednesday with the Associated Press, Kelly said the lyrics carry a message of hope and triumph.
