*Wesley Snipes is in federal custody and at press time was “in transit” to prison, TMZ confirmed with the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
The actor will begin serving his 3-year sentence after being convicted of tax evasion.
As previously reported, a judge ordered Snipes to surrender earlier today.
