In an unusual twist of events, Kanye West triumphs with bragging rights and a really cool accolade — Rolling Stone Album of the Year.
“My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” received the honor in the magazine’s year-end issue. The album was obviously hot, selling nearly 500,000 copies in the first week.
Behind the Chi-town native, Drake’s debut was rated 7, Eminem’s “Recovery” rated 9 and a couple of others made it to the top 10.
