A Pennsylvania man pleaded guilty to federal tampering charges after he was caught on tape injecting his semen in two coworkers' yogurt. Joseph Bartorillo, of Larksville, could be sentenced up to two years in prison and fined $250,000 if a judge accepts the plea.
His attorney told the Times Leader newspaper there is "no logical reason" why Bartorillo would have done such a thing, adding he had no criminal or mental history.
