Pat Robertson apparently thinks that only black people eat macaroni and cheese at Thanksgiving. The host of the 700 Club spoke with co-host Kristi Watts on the matter this week. After seeing a clip where Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice said that mac and cheese is her favorite dish, Robertson asked, “What is this ‘mac and cheese,’ is that a black thing?”
“It is a black thing, Pat,” Watts said,as a joke. “It trips me out that you don’t” eat it, Watts told Robertson.
“I don’t, and I have never,” he said.
Maybe since black people never get credit for any of our other inventions, we can now take credit for inventing mac and cheese.
