Aaliyah, we miss you

Can you believe it’s been 8 years since Aaliyah died?  We can’t.

No, your eyes ain't playing tricks on you that's definitely Aaliyah all up on Jay-Z. Now we all know that Aaliyah was dating Jay's former close friend/business partner Dame Dash at the time of her death, but now it's being said that Aaliyah was the reason behind Jay and Dame's beef. At least that's what a close source of both Jay and Dame are saying, read what he had to say below:

“Both Jay and Dame was involved with a certain R&B singer, who I’m not gonna say her name out of respect ’cause she ain’t around to defend herself, but I believe that was a part of the initial friction. I was seeing Jay with her back around 2000, then Dame… …was with her after. All you have to do is look at the movie they did, Death of a Dynasty. In the movie they were fighting over a model. In real life she was a model, but singing is what she was known for first.”

Why all this is coming out now I don't know, but it sure does make a lot of sense.
