Kim Porter continues to hold her own as she balances her career as an actress and entrepreneur after her split from a more than decade-long on-again, off-again relationship with music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. “I’ve been working on my own for a very long time,” said Porter. “I have a strong sense of self and who I am.”
Although she’s currently negotiating a Lifetime reality show and co-starring in the upcoming movie, Mama, I Want to Sing, the mother of four stays true to being there for her children. “Kim is an incredible mother to our children,” said Combs. “We’ve been a part of each other’s lives for many years and I have always admired her courage and strength. We’re the best of friends.”
