Beyonce was in her husband’s hometown of Brooklyn, NY today for the opening of her new project – the Beyonce Cosmetology Center.
The facility is located at the Phoenix House, a residential substance abuse treatment center offering programs for residents in carpentry, building maintenance, computer technology and culinary arts.
