President George W. Bush says that when he heard Kanye West say, “George Bush doesn’t care about black people,” “it was one of the most disgusting moments in my Presidency.”
In an interview with Matt Lauer to promote his new book “Decision Points,” the former President was asked about West’s infamous unscripted moment during a live telethon to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The rapper said, “President Bush doesn’t care about black people.”
