Jay-Z and Timbaland Getting Sued for “Big Pimpin” Sample

It appears that the hit song “Big Pimpin” by Jay-Z and Timbaland may not have been their song after all.  A man by the name of Ahab Joseph Nafal filed a lawsuit on July 23rd in U.S. District Court in California, stating that the song was taken from his own.  The song comes from another song called “Khosara Khosara,” composed by Baligh Hamdy.  The duo is being sued for a cool $5 million.
