*Jay-Z has managed to get involved in another lawsuit, this time for his Roc Nation and a trademark infringement accusation. According to court papers filed Tuesday, Volcom claims the company (Roc Nation) stole their diamond design, which has been used since 1991.
“While Roc Nation appears to have initially used the diamond only in combination with the words ‘Roc Nation’ it is now using the diamond logo on its own, causing a likelihood of confusion among consumers.”
