JAY-Z makes time in his busy schedule to maintain a special tradition with wife BEYONCE
The stars, who married in a private ceremony in 2008, both clear their hectic workloads on the weekend to keep their romance alive, sitting down at a small restaurant in the rapper's native Brooklyn, New York.
Jay-Z explains, "There's a great pizza spot we go to every Sunday. It's our tradition. It's a small place in Brooklyn - you can bring your own wine and there are candles there. It's a nice date."
DMX has broken his silence on his thoughts of Jay-Z and his time as president of Def Jam records. Stating that he respects Jay-Z but he could not stay at the label as long as he was president, DMX says "I f*cks with him and had respect for him -- until he became the president of Def Jam and I ain't gonna say too much more about it, but you know what it is. There's a difference between doing wrong and being wrong. There's a difference between doing wrong and 'being' wrong, at one point you were 'being' wrong. N*ggas can't do it like we could, n*ggas couldn't do it like we could. N*ggas weren't able to -- we're artists. Jay is a talented motherf*cker. Don't misunderstand me. He is talented but he has no heart behind it. There's no soul behind it. Lil Mama says she meant no disrespect when she jumped on stage, uninvited, to join Jay-Z and Alicia Keys as their performance of "Empire State of Mind" wound to an end.
“I did not mean any disrespect towards Jay-Z or Alicia Keys,” the rapper/"America’s Best Dance Crew" judge said in a statement released Monday. “I admire them and look up to them as role models. ‘Empire State of Mind’ had my emotions running high. In that moment I came up on stage to celebrate my two icons singing about NY.”

That’s the silliest rumor I’ve ever heard. First let me categorically deny that, that’s not even my style. If I have a problem with Chris brown, I have a problem with Chris Brown. I haven’t said anything live or behind the scenes. I don’t agree with what he did and that’s it. But as far as not letting him perform on BET, that’s ridiculous, that’s stupid and that’s a sucker move. I wouldn’t do it. And people commenting on rumors, that’s a sucker move.

Nope your eyes aren't playing tricks on you that's definitely Jay-Z on the cover of the above book. The book which is titled The Interesting Narrative of the Life of Olaudah Equiano is the bio of the British abolitionist Olaudah Equiano, and up until now the cover was a picture of Olaudah who kind of looks like Ms. Jay off of "Americas Top Model". I am just wondering WHY is Jay on the cover, couldn't they have picked someone better looking like Denzel. DAMN!!!
