Rumor Control: Lauren London Tweets Wayne is the Father
I figured it wouldn't take Lauren London too long to respond to the rumors of Lil' Wayne possibly not being her baby's daddy, but DAMN I didn't expect it to happen this fast. Lauren responded to the rumors a little more than a hour ago via Twitter, read what she Tweeted below.
Lil’ Wayne’s Baby Mama Drama
For months now there have been rumors swirling around that both Lauren London and Nivea were pregnant with rapper Lil’ Wayne’s children. Nivea’s pregnancy by Lil’ Wayne was confirmed by her other baby’s daddy The Dream, and finally last month Lil’ Wayne stated that Lauren London was indeed pregnant by him, but this may not be true. Rapper Push Montana is now claiming that there is a possibility that Lauren’s baby may be his and that she wants a DNA test. UMM…something just doesn’t seem right about this situation, I hope Push isn’t just doing this to make himself known.

Chris Brown Doesn’t Remember Hitting Rihanna?
C Breezy headed to Larry King Live to try to fix his f*cked up public image. Two things to notice: 1) Can you get cornier than a bowtie and baby blue sweater? I guess a man dressing that corny could never hit a woman, right? 2) Chris says he didn’t remember hitting Ri-Ri…..does that mean drugs or alcohol was involved?
Chris needs to just get some help and be done with it. The CNN story about it is below:
LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) -- Pop star Chris Brown has admitted guilt and apologized for assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna in February, but he does not remember hitting the singer, he told CNN's Larry King.
Looking at police reports about the incident makes him feel like he's reading about a stranger, Brown said in his first television interview since the arrest.
"I'm in shock, because, first of all, that's not who I am as a person, and that's not who I promise I want to be," he said in an exclusive interview that airs Wednesday night.
"I just don't know what to think. I'm just like, wow," Brown said. "It's crazy to me."
Brown, 20, said he still loves singer Rihanna, whose full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty.
But, he added, it is tough for him to look at the photo showing Rihanna's battered face, the one image that might haunt and define him forever.

Among other things, the '00s will be remembered as the decade of the diva flameout, a long national nightmare of public crackups, disastrous marriages and no-panty flashings from which only Christina Aguilera has emerged unscathed. Whitney Houston, 46, has had the most spectacular catalogue of troubles -- rumors of hard-core substance abuse, her once-fabled voice poised at the edge of ruin, a marriage to bad-boy Bobby Brown -- and her comeback has taken the longest; at times it seemed the most in doubt.
Finally comes her first regular studio album in seven years, "I Look to You," hitting stores today. It's an exercise in high-class image rehab intended to restore her dignity (battered by years of embarrassment and spectacle) almost as much as her sales figures. It also can't help but serve as a divining rod, gauging the ability of old-school superstars to move product in an era that treats old-school superstars as though they were as disposable as the regular kind.

It was a real dark period in my life. I went through depression. I never even talked about it to my mom. No one knew I was in therapy, but I was. I was so close to her.Click to read.

Luv Coach Advice: Marriage Called Off
I was supposed to get married last year, but my fiance called off the wedding weeks before the ceremony. He said that I was not passionate enough, but he refuses to leave, constantly telling me what I don't do and what I can't do and what I won't do. There is so much animosity between us that I don't think we could ever get past it. Do you have any suggestions on how we could make it work or if it is even worth it?
Nikki
Calling off the wedding the month you are supposed to get married is a sign that your fiance was not ready, and he is now blaming his uncertainty on you. Pointing the finger at your spouse is a surefire way to create division and animosity in a relationship. These are all tactics used to push a person away, and it seems that your fiance has no intention of truly saving the relationship. His decision to stay in a mini-marriage and not be married, all the while verbally and emotionally abusing you, sounds like he wants you to end the relationship so that he will not be responsible for its failure. If you want to heal this relationship, you will need a relationship couples coach, and if you decide to end it, I would recommend that you work with a coach to heal the wounds created by all of this emotional turmoil. In the meantime, ask him what his true fears are concerning marriage. Any emotionally stable person knows that you cannot change your partner; you can only change yourself. Taking responsibility for his role in the type of relationship he helped to create would have been the empowering way to address this situation. He could have chosen to approach you differently and been open to sharing his needs for passion and other forms of intimacy with you instead of laying the blame on you for his own cold feet.
Microsoft Gets Heat for Swapping Out a Photo of a Black Man
Photo editors at newspapers and magazines, for the most part, want to do the right thing. They would like to present the world as the multicultural, racism-free mosaic that most of us would like to live in.
But with the advent of technology, some editors are trying to force diversity into images. The results can bring howls of laughter or claims of racism.
Recently, Microsoft Poland has come under scrutiny for an advertising campaign photo that swapped out the picture of a black man in a meeting and replaced his head with that of a white man.

Menthol Condoms?
Ladies, having trouble getting your man to wear a condom because he can't feel anything?
Well, no more excuses! LifeStyles has released a new mentholated condom that is lubricated inside-and-out and guaranteed to heighten the sexual experience for both partners, marketers say. But the dual lubrication of the product, known as the X2 Condom, has prompted at least one doctor to call into question its effectiveness.
"Lubricating a condom on the inside may cause a condom to slip, which would increase the chance of pregnancy and transmission of a sexually transmitted diseases,'' said Lauren Streicher, M.D., an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago. "In the absence of scientific studies confirming that this is not the case, I would not recommend use of this condom.''

Jackson, a lifelong Columbia resident, shared few details about himself or his plans for the money. He did say he is married and has 10 siblings, though he would not say how many children he has or give his age.

Pastor Slain in Church
Authorities warned pastors in a town where a preacher was brutally killed inside her own church that they should take precautions at their buildings, even as police refused to say exactly what happened.
District Attorney Bret Burns, who described the killing as "horrific," held a closed-door session with about two dozen pastors, along with members of law enforcement. Several pastors who were there said authorities did not discuss any facts of the case.
"We talked about security issues within their churches and their congregations," Burns said. "We asked them to remain vigilant and be aware of their surroundings and their church locations."
He did not say why the meeting was held just with pastors rather than the community at large, or what kind of a threat the clergy might face.
The body of 61-year-old Carol Daniels was found Sunday in the Christ Holy Sanctified Church in Anadarko. A preliminary autopsy found she died of "multiple sharp force injuries," but law enforcement declined to elaborate and have been tight-lipped about details of the crime or a possible motive.

Chrianna had a History of Abuse
Ever since Chris Brown’s court hearing on Tuesday when he was given 5 years of probation there has been all kind of new rumors about him and Rihanna’s violent past. Here is what supposedly happened:
The first incident allegedly occurred about three months earlier, in Europe, when Brown and Rihanna were in a “verbal dispute,” according to the report, which cited detectives investigating the case. She slapped him and Brown responded by shoving her into a wall, the report alleged.
Three weeks before the February incident, Brown and Rihanna were in Barbados, driving a Range Rover lent to them by a local dealership when they had an argument inside the car, according to the report. Brown got out and broke both the front driver and passenger side windows, the report alleged. No one was injured.
Neither incident was reported to authorities, according to the report, and Brown was not accused of any criminal wrongdoing.
I always thought Rihanna wasn’t as innocent as she was acting.
Good News: There Might be New Episodes of “The Game”
"The Game" is not over yet.
Cable channel BET is in talks to order a new season of the comedy, a spinoff from the long-running "Girlfriends." The CW canceled "Game" in May after three seasons. Series creator Mara Brock Akil in April pitched CW an hour-long version of the show as a way of to keep it on the network, which was exiting the half-hour comedy business.
Following "Game's" cancellation, BET began preliminary talks with producer CBS Studios about possibly taking in the series with new originals. The cable network already runs repeats of both "Game" and "Girfriends." The options on the "Game" actors have lapsed, so if a deal is reached with BET, CBS Studios would have to make new pacts with them. BET's only previous stab at launching an original scripted series was the 2008 comedy "Somebodies," which ran for one season.

Dr. Deborah Stroman, a leading scholar on Leadership and Sport, was asked why Allen Iverson can’t find a job. Here is what she had to say. Other notable athletes, Edgerrin James, Marvin Harrison and Derrick Brookes are also on the sidelines.
“Money is only one aspect of a good veteran not being picked up by a team. The other factor is leadership. If the organization is trying to develop new leaders, the coach and/or general manager will not gamble the new leader’s development and team chemistry with the introduction of a veteran leader. And this veteran leadership may be displayed by performance or verbal acumen. For example, you may have a veteran wide receiver or running back who doesn’t talk much but has the potential to dominate on the field. A younger player may be drawn to that performer as a role model and not the new leader (often times the quarterback) who is trying to gain influence and control of “his” team. Or the veteran leader may be charismatic and draw attention to himself and away from the leaders that the organization is rightfully trying to impose on the other players. The organization feels that the signing of the veteran player is just not worth the risk.”

Judge Puts the HAMMER down on Chris Brown!
A judge on Tuesday sentenced Chris Brown to five years' probation and six months' community labor for the beating of Rihanna and ordered the R&B singer to stay away from his former girlfriend for the next five years.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg told Brown that he could be sent to state prison if he violated any terms of his sentence, including an order to stay 100 yards away from Rihanna unless they're attending music industry events.
A probation report prepared for Tuesday's sentencing describes two previous violent incidents. It said the first happened about three months before the February beating while the couple was traveling in Europe; Rihanna slapped Brown during an argument, and he shoved her into a wall. In the second instance, Brown allegedly broke the front and passenger side windows on a Range Rover they were driving while visiting Barbados, Rihanna's home country. Neither attack was reported, the probation report states.
