*A man who claims his jaw was broken by actor Columbus Short has filed a restraining order against the star that will keep him 100 yards at bay.
Jason Hill took out the R.O. on Monday after telling the court Short beat him so badly in the February 24 attack, he needed two surgeries to fix his broken jaw, reports TMZ.com.
