*Alicia Keys has signed on to mentor the Top 7 “American Idol” contestants in belting “inspirational songs” — the theme for next week.
She will follow up her coaching duties on Tuesday’s broadcast with a performance on Wednesday’s two-hour “Idol Gives Back,” the show’s annual charity broadcast.
