With this week's confirmation that R&B singer Nivea is carrying his fourth child, the rapper will soon have a grand total of four kids by four different mothers – a son born last October by a Cincinnati woman, another son born last month to actress Lauren London, and daughter Reginae with ex-wife Antonia "Toya" Carter of the BET reality series "Tiny & Toya."
