Kanye West and Marion “Suge” Knight will face each other in a Miami courtroom over a nightclub shooting that happened nearly five years ago.
US District Judge Patricia Seitz has scheduled the trial to begin on Dec. 6.
Former Death Row Records CEO Knight is seeking more than $1 million from West after being shot in the leg at an August 2005 party hosted by the rapper. No arrests were made following the incident.
