*Donald Faison may lose his apartment complex in Inglewood, Calif. if he can’t fork over at least half a million in missed mortgage payments.
According to TMZ, Luther Burbank Savings just filed a lawsuit against the “Scrubs” star over the complex he purchased in Inglewood, CA for $525,000 back in 2008.
